E-mail is one of the most successful of all modern communication tools with the power to tie together people with instant, 24-hour…misunderstanding. This workshop focuses on strategies and tools to make e-mail technology work for you instead of against you.
The curriculum for this one-day workshop is divided into two main sections: behavioral and technical. The behavioral part of the workshop focuses on recognizing what e-mail, as a communications tool, does well and what it does less well. The technical part focuses on learning to use the full capabilities of e-mail technology. The technical part of the workshop focuses on a specific e-mail client, usually Microsoft Outlook. The workshop covers these topics:
