Stratos Organizational Needs Assessment. This assessment process is carefully customized based on initial information provided by management. The needs assessment process may be focused on clarifying a range of issues such as
determining critical organizational problems, establishing training needs, identifying key work processes,
identifying Alliance or joint venture success factors, or assessing the impact of new technology.
Assessments may be combined with other organizational efforts. For example, a needs assessment would be one component in the development of an overall human resources development strategy. In that case, the assessment would
need to be integrated with the strategic planning process and possibly with an external benchmarking process.
