As a natural result of our consulting work, Stratos, LLC has developed a number of supporting tools and workshops. A Stratos “tool” is a specific template, set of guidelines, work process, clarifying document, or other job aid that can assist in the successful execution of an otherwise difficult task. Many Stratos tools are integrated into specific consulting activities and could not be easily utilized outside that process. Others are more generic in nature and can be useful in many contexts. The Tools section of the Stratos Web site provides an overview of some of our more effective tools. A few Stratos Tools are provided free as a public service, while other, more complex tools are available on a license basis as described here.

Stratos Workshops have also grown over years of developing customized consulting services in response to specific client needs. Certain topics have surfaced repeatedly until we decided to develop a specific workshop just to address that area. The Workshop section of the Web site provides an overview of some of the currently available Stratos Workshops.
