Ruth Pewitt serves as the Director of Operations for Stratos, LLC. She also provides consulting services in Human Resource management, training materials design and development, policies and procedures development and oversight, record management, and office workflow.

Ms. Pewitt has more than 35 years experience in administration, office management, and human resources. She has a proven expertise in developing and implementing timesaving and cost-effective office systems and procedures.  She has developed successful office systems and procedures in the fields of law, insurance adjusting, greeting card design and production, interior design, oil and gas, and health care as well as for several nonprofit agencies.

As the president and owner of ADMIN Productivity Consultants, her clients included The West Oaks Hospital System, HCA Belle Park Hospital, The St. James Center, IBM, the National Association for Female Executives, and Words & Graphics, Inc. Ms. Pewitt was vice president of Media Writers, Inc. from 1994 until the merger that formed Stratos, LLC, and worked on projects for such clients as Browning-Ferris Industries, Crescent International Petroleum, Diginet Network Services, Kodak, Saudi Aramco Oil Company, and Shell Oil Company.

Ms. Pewitt was honored in 1990 at the Federation of Houston Professional Women's Annual Awards Banquet; was named "1993 Woman Entrepreneur of the Year" by the Association of Urban Women Entrepreneurs; was honored as a “1997 Montgomery County Woman of Distinction,” and has been featured in several nationally published magazines. She is a frequent keynote speaker and has given workshops on a wide range of topics. Some of her workshops are: "How to Do 10 Hours of Work in an 8-Hour Day," "Why You Need Policies, Procedures and Job Descriptions," "Organization Doesn't Have to be A Dirty Word," "So Much Paper...So Little Time," and “Overcoming Barriers to Getting and Keeping the Right People.”

Ruth Pewitt received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Kennedy-Western University.
