Kim has proven expertise in clearly communicating highly complex technical subjects to a broad audience.

Kim brings to Stratos, LLC expertise in developing training/learning materials, technical documentation, corporate communication, and audiovisual scripts. Kim's wide range of project experience includes oil and gas, transportation, occupational health and safety, environmental compliance, human resources, and supply chain management. She has worked on major projects with organizations such as the Royal Dutch Shell Group, Schlumberger, Equiva Services, GlobalSantaFe, Service Corporation International, Perfect Commerce, Aera Energy, VALIC, St. Luke's Episcopal Hospital and the University of Houston.

As the principal owner of Words & Graphics, Inc., a technical communication company, Kim worked on a regular basis with managers and technologists at Fortune 500 companies. Kim is a graduate of Bowling Green State University in Ohio and studied instructional design at The University of Texas Health Science Center. Kim is a Senior Member of the Society for Technical Communication.
