Stratos, LLC provided assessment, teambuilding, and executive coaching services to members of an Alliance of companies providing front-end development for a major industrial project in Peru. The alliance included a large American engineering firm, a European energy company, a Peruvian engineering company, and a Brazilian construction firm. Most of the work was executed in Lima, Peru with interviews and teambuilding sessions conducted in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

The teambuilding work started with the board of directors and then cascaded down through the major project teams. Stratos consultants worked with various project teams not only to improve their effectiveness as teams but also to develop responses to specific communication, human resource, environmental, and engineering issues.

Stratos consultants provided support to a causal analysis investigation in a large continuous processing plant located in Altamira, Mexico. Our consultants assisted in the gathering of event related data through interviews conducted in Spanish. Stratos also helped facilitate the causal analysis workshop in both Spanish and English, and compile the final report.
