The Qualitative Risk Assessment (QRA) process is designed to help a company establish a complete qualitative risk profile for a given project or business component. The Stratos process includes these steps:
- Establishment of scope of work,
- Initial risk baseline review with management,
- Qualitative Risk Assessment Workshop (also available as a generic workshop),
- Qualitative Risk Tolerance review with management,
- Rationalization of risk assessment with risk tolerance, and
- Creation of QRA profile including Stratos Project Risk Map.
The Qualitative Risk Assessment approach can be provided as a part of a consulting engagement. Client companies can also obtain an intellectual property license to use the Stratos QRA process on future
projects. The license includes training of client personnel in use of the process.

The Stratos Consultative Sales Process results in the creation of a complete, customized consultative sales program for a client. The Stratos process includes these steps:
- Process assessment of current sales approach and activities,
- Skills assessment of current sales personnel,
- Market research to validate market targeting,
- Customized design of consultative sales process,
- Development of training program for sales personnel,
- Creation of customized sales training and tracking tools,
- Stratos Consultative Sales Workshop (also available as a generic workshop), and
- Continuing support of process as requested.
The Stratos Consultative Sales Process can be provided as part of a consulting engagement. Client companies can also obtain an intellectual property license to use the Stratos Consultative Sales
process including the right to unlimited use of Stratos developed sales tools such as contact letters, research guides, call scripts, structured proposals, and the Stratos Sales Tracking Matrix.

The Stratos Online Team Effectiveness Assessment process utilizes an electronic surveying tool developed to benchmark the effectiveness of large, diverse and often, geographically separated project teams.
This online tool provides a means of gathering performance data on teams with membership scattered over a wide area. This data can then be used to create a team development process focused on the

The Stratos Role Clarification Process was developed and refined over a number of years of providing support to project teams. The process utilizes a template designed to create clarity in complex
working relationships including roles, accountabilities, authorities, tasks, and relationships. The process and template have been used in applications ranging from project team development to complete
