Stratos follows a consulting rather than a traditional training model in our training design and development. We believe that to be truly effective, training needs to be integrated into the real day-to-day
work of the participants. Training content needs to address actual needs of the participants and advance the business goals of the client company. The training media and method of delivery must be selected
based on careful consideration of factors like cultural and educational background of participants, technical content, budget requirements, physical location of participants and tasks, performance needs, etc.

Stratos consultants can provide facilitation services, or (when required) traditional "stand-up" presentations. Stratos also has extensive experience in the design and development of interactive
training programs for either computer-based or internet/intranet delivery. We can also design and develop training programs that utilize standard graphics, audio, video, or computer technology for
delivery. For example, Stratos developed a customized training program on Lubricant Basics for Shell that combined a product reference guide with a computer-based training program.
Workshops are also available in several topic areas such as Effective Presentations, Assertiveness, Meeting Management, Role Clarification, etc. Stratos can also develop customized workshops when they are identified as a proper response to information
gathered from a Needs Assessment.
