Stratos, LLC consulting services are by definition customized to the needs of our clients. The Stratos consulting philosophy emphasizes the need to understand a client’s operations, needs, and objectives before attempting to design and provide a supporting service.

The various Stratos Workshops have been developed over time as a means of responding to repeated requests for training or coaching on certain topics. Even these workshops are usually customized in response to a profile of the projected audience and include a large amount of one-on-one coaching. The Stratos Workshops, however, are based on underlying concepts and principles that apply to almost all audiences.
